Contact us

The fastest way to get help is email. Write to support@elionlabs.org with your question, and if it is about a bug, tell us what device you are on (iPhone, iPad, or Mac) and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help a lot.

Getting started

Overwatch is an app that lets you talk to Claude, Anthropic's AI, from your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It runs on your own Anthropic API key, so your conversations go straight from your device to Anthropic.

  1. Open Overwatch and tap the account icon in the top right.
  2. Sign in with Google or Apple. This is what keeps your keys and chats in sync across your devices.
  3. Under Claude keys, tap Add API key and paste an Anthropic API key. You can create one for free at console.anthropic.com.
  4. Pick a default model, close the sheet, and start a chat.

Common questions

Do I need my own API key?

Yes. Overwatch talks to Claude using a key you own, from your own Anthropic account. Anthropic bills you directly for what you use. We never see or charge for your usage.

Where is my API key stored?

On your device. If you turn on sync, it is also stored in your own private cloud record so your other devices can use it. It is sent only to Anthropic, only on the requests you make. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

How do I sign in?

Tap the account icon in the top right of the app, then Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. Signing in is optional; it is what syncs your keys and chats between iPhone, iPad, and Mac. You can use the app signed out on a single device.

How do I sign out or delete my account?

Open the account sheet and tap sign out. To delete your account and everything stored with it, email support@elionlabs.org from the address you signed up with and we will erase it.

Why does my chat say it is waiting or offline?

If your phone has no internet, anything you send is held on the device and sent automatically the moment you are back online. If your Mac is asleep, messages queued for it are held in the cloud and picked up when the Mac wakes. Nothing is lost.

Speech to text is not working.

Check Settings → Overwatch → Microphone and Speech Recognition are both on. If dictation stops after a phone call, close and reopen the app.

I am having a different problem.

Email support@elionlabs.org. Tell us your device and what happened, and we will get back to you.
