Questions

Do I need my own AI API keys?

Yes. Overwatch is a client — you bring your own key for each model provider (Claude, GPT, Gemini, and others), and the provider bills that usage to your key. Your Overwatch plan is for the app itself.

How do I subscribe?

Download the app and subscribe right inside it. Checkout and taxes are handled by Polar, our Merchant of Record, so you get a proper invoice and local tax handled for you.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. First-time subscribers get a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy.

How do Team seats work?

Team and Team+ are billed per user with a five-seat minimum (the owner counts as a seat). The owner adds or removes members and changes seats from inside the app; billing updates automatically.

What’s the difference between Pro+ and Team?

Pro+ is everything for one person, including Mobile Relay and agent fleets. Team gives every member Pro+ and adds shared collaboration — team chat, shared workspace, roles, and audit history.

Is there a free plan?

Yes — Casual is free forever: 2 folders, 3 parallel sessions, one engine, and the basic Scrapbook. Upgrade any time to unlock the rest.
